$35,500 to support the development of a Multi-Purpose Experiential Learning & Family Support Hub at Sav Inclusive Academy in Jamaica.
For 20 years, the Rockhouse Foundation has been at the forefront of educational transformation in western Jamaica and has invested more than $10 million (US) to help improve schools there by building and renovating school buildings and providing educational programming. The Foundation’s work extends beyond building or renovating a school and includes providing free breakfast and lunch for all students, wage subsidy for instructional personnel to achieve beneficial student/teacher rations, provide continued assistance for utility costs, and facility maintenance and repair.
